Well, I dont feel as I was assisted properly. I never spoke with the mechanic. I was left with the receptionist who was not helpful or knowledgeable with the issues I was having with my vehicle. I left there feeling brushed off. No one went out of their way to explain or tell me what was done to my vehicle. I needed a system programming after a failed update. Came in for 20000 mile scheduled maintenance and for PA State inspection. The tech failed my state safety inspection for patch in tire he said was leaking. It was not. Also for a nail in another tire but he couldn't find the nail to show me and he didn't mark it on the tire. Kayla told me I passed emissions and would be issued an emissions sticker. The whole experience was great. All of the people that I dealt with during my purchase was great!
My overhead console is literally disintegrating. Breaking piece by piece. There has been NO damage to my car, just cheap plastic. The dealership was not at all helpful. They just wanted money. No one gave any care about my experience.

We took our vehicle in expecting it to be addressed because parts were falling off of the car and we were told that we would have to pay because the vehicle is out of warranty even though we've been having parts fall off the car since we purchased it. We were told that we couldn't get a loaner car because of the service would take multiple days, but we couldn't get a loaner car because of the warranty. They just didn't seem to be any desire to solve the problem

I brought my car in for an oil change, which they did. However, they forgot to do two other things which I have listed for service. Rotate the tires. Check the Apple Pay for it going off occasionally.
